Christmas party accessories

Christmas is a time of year where everyone seems to be immersed in the spirit of giving. Whether if your Christmas party is the office party or a child’s party, the vast selection of Christmas party accessories can easily pull together a successful party.

Decorations

Christmas is the holiday where there are so many options for decorating. Whether for your child’s classroom holiday party or for your own annual Christmas party, there is an abundance of great party decorations available. School holiday parties could have decoration such as peppermint candy balloon lanterns, ornament garland and window clings. If the teacher has a Polaroid camera, she could take pictures of each child standing next to a fireplace stand-up to give to mom and dad for Christmas. Your family Christmas party would be elegant with the addition of blue and silver snowflake garland accessorized with other silver decorations such as bowls or Christmas figurines.

Tableware

Christmas has the most people or things associated with it that choosing the motif is the only quandary. Consider the options in designs: Santa, Christmas tree, snowman, gingerbread man, religious, reindeer, snowflake, candy canes and presents. Once you select the motif, you can simply coordinate the tableware in the same design. The plates, cups, napkins, centerpieces and printed table covers can all match. Also, don’t forget the fun serving dishes that you can add fun to the party such as the Santa Dip Bowl. Everyone will smile at that sight.

Party Favors

Children love receiving party favors. A kids’ favorite is anything sweet. Christmas treats are plentiful. There are candy cane, mints, peppermint patties, sucker rings, small snack cakes designed to look like Christmas trees, cookies and brownies. Another favorite among party favors for children are novelty jewelry. The sound of jingle bells can be heard when kids wear them on necklaces and on bracelets. Also, holiday rings, buttons and removable tattoos are also popular.

Party Hats

Party hats are such fun at a Christmas party. Whether it is a reindeer’s antlers or an elf’s hat, it is something that just adds to the mood of the party. Of course, a Christmas party would not be completed with many Santa hats. Look for the unusual such as the Santa fedora, Santa cowboy hat or the Christmas tree hat. For a low key look, there are even baseball caps simply stating “Naughty” or “Nice” so everyone know who will get presents from Santa and who won’t!
